Koch Digital is established in september 2018 by Hande Koc Yalcin.
Ms. Koc Yalcin completed her Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. Her professional career has been started with discover young talent program at Vodafone Turkey as a business analyst. During her career she has worked at several projects as a prime business analyst in the area of digital transformation, agile delivery methodology, mobile applications, sim based technologies, e-commerce platform implementations. Ms. Koc Yalcin has experience in business analysis and project management fields at Vodafone Turkey. She also has prince2 (Projects in controlled environments) qualification which is British based method supported with certification for effective project management.

Collaborating with business units (Segment, CVM and Core Product teams) to identify and evaluate proposed product & service ideas while providing cost benefit analysis and recommendations.
Representing IT to the business team and the business team to IT, by establishing communication between business functions and the IT development group.
Collaborating with project managers for A+ Type (2mio €+) projects. Providing estimates and resource requirements for the business analysis phases of all projects, while owning the project from ideation to launch.
Taking the role as a project manager for A-Type projects (50K – 2Mio €) and working with the all stakeholders such as product team, IT, Fraud, Legal, Security.​
